The conference was one of the notable scientific events for hospital pharmacists, healthcare professionals and healthcare managers from across Vietnam, providing an important platform for professional knowledge exchange and discussion on the latest developments in hospital pharmacy practice. The event attracted more than 1,200 delegates.
The scientific programme focused on a range of important topics in hospital pharmacy, including medicine procurement and tendering, health economics, hospital pharmacy management, the application of information technology in pharmacy practice, clinical pharmacy, drug information and medication safety, as well as the management of centralised compounding and the use of rare medicines. Discussions also highlighted approaches to improving the overall quality of hospital pharmacy services.
The conference provided an opportunity for pharmacists and healthcare professionals from different institutions to share professional experience, exchange knowledge and discuss practical solutions for improving the quality and effectiveness of hospital pharmacy services.
