With the theme “Intrinsic Capacity: From Disease-Based Treatment to Reserve-Based Care in Older Adults,” the conference brought together healthcare professionals to update clinical knowledge and discuss modern approaches to comprehensive and personalised care for older adults. The scientific programme featured more than 150 presentations, covering a broad range of geriatric topics, including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, osteoporosis, pain management, multimorbidity and comprehensive geriatric assessment.
