The conference brought together approximately 1,000 delegates, including representatives from healthcare authorities, hospital pharmacists and physicians, and lecturers from medical and pharmaceutical universities across Vietnam.
The scientific programme covered key topics in hospital pharmacy, including medicine procurement and tendering, health economics, health insurance reimbursement and medicine utilisation, hospital pharmacy management, the application of information technology in pharmacy practice, centralised compounding, rare medicine management, pharmaceutical quality management, clinical pharmacy, drug information and medication safety.
